  • Due to the nature of our digital services (temporary phone numbers and SMS activations), all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in this policy.
  • Once a number is ordered and displayed for use, the associated cost is immediately deducted from your wallet balance.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following cases:

  • Service Timeout: If the number you purchased fails to receive an SMS within the stated validity period or timeout duration, the amount will be automatically refunded to your wallet once the request expires.
  • Unavailable Number or Service: If a number or specific service (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook) becomes unavailable before you use it, your order will be canceled, and the full amount will be refunded to your wallet.
  • Technical Error: In rare cases where a technical glitch prevents delivery or activation of your order, and the issue is verified by our support team, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • The SMS verification was successfully received.
  • The user used or revealed the number but did not receive an expected message.
  • The user selected the wrong service or country when ordering.
  • The user did not use the number before it expired.
  • The user canceled the request after more than 30 seconds of ordering.
  • The issue is caused by external factors, such as network issues, account bans, or restrictions from the third-party platform.

4. Refund Method

  • All approved refunds are processed as wallet credits to your NumberPlug account.
  • Wallet refunds are instant after approval.
  • Cash or bank refunds are not supported except in exceptional verified cases.
