What to do if you don’t receive an SMS?
There are several possible reasons why you might not receive an SMS after purchasing a temporary number. These include delayed delivery, an inactive or failed number, or the device being registered too many times. Try the following solutions:
1. Resend the verification code and wait at least 10 seconds.
2. If you’re using a proxy, switch to a different one.
3. Cancel the number and purchase a new one (your funds will be refunded to your account balance after cancellation).
Can someone else access my number?
Numbers purchased through our service are disposable. You may reuse a number for the same service (if supported) after receiving an SMS. Each number is assigned to only one user per service. However, the telecom operator may recycle and reissue the same number to a new customer after it has been inactive for two to three months. For this reason, we strongly advise against associating any important personal information with temporary numbers.
When are new numbers added?
We add new numbers daily. If numbers run out, they’ll be restocked promptly.
